We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the day the order arrives at your home.

In case of exchange
Portugal and rest of Europe - only the costs of shipping the product to us will be borne by the customer, we offer second shipping.
If you are in PORTUGAL, if you wish you can exchange or return the item in our showroom in Lisbon free of charge.

International Orders (outside Europe) - for exchanges and returns, the shipping costs for this product and the new product will be borne by the customer.

*Our brand will not pay any taxes or customs fees on returned items. However, we will bear the shipping cost in case of our error (mistaken or damaged product).

In case of return
A full refund of the value of the product you purchased will be made, and the shipping costs will not be returned to the customer. You will receive a refund of the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, as soon as the items reach us in their original condition.

Shipping costs to send us the item are the customer's responsibility and our brand is not responsible for any losses in this process. For greater security, we recommend that the order be sent by registered mail to our address.

The amount will be refunded in the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 15 working days.

If you are in PORTUGAL, you can exchange or return an item at our Showroom in Lisbon free of charge, at a scheduled time to be agreed.

If you decide to return something, make sure it is in perfect condition. This means..

The item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent in to receive a refund.
